During the Client Representative phase, you will acquire the skills to effectively execute an in-store marketing campaign for one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients. As the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, you will develop a strong foundation in sales and marketing strategies. Upon mastering these essential skills, you will transition into a campaign management role.
In the Campaign Management role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple in-store marketing campaigns within the city. Furthermore, you will provide training to new client representatives teaching them about are sales and marketing strategies. Campaign manager’s will also assist the company in conducting second-round interviews to convey our company’s services to prospective employees.
The junior directors responsibilities shift from direct front-line management to more behind-the-scenes operations. The junior director will begin learning payroll management, large team management, and understanding banking and budgeting procedures. The most crucial role of the junior directors is planning, scheduling and managing the marketing events.
The Assistant Director acquires expertise in managing campaigns within the designated territory. The Assistant Director is accountable for ensuring that in-store marketing campaigns adhere to our clients’ standards, as well as the retail store’s standards, and our own standards. As every Assistant Director begins their career as a client representative and progresses through the training, they are able to effectively guide the team with an understanding of the business’s operations from the ground up.
